Pour the bubbly we’re getting ready to celebrate a milestone Birthday! Abernethy Center turns twenty-one on 10/15/22! It’s hard to believe we’ve been doing this for so long. The beginnings were humble – Abernethy started as a single-room event space in October 2001. Over the years, we’ve grown into a multi-acre property with two beautiful wedding gardens, the classic Abernethy Chapel, and our elegant grand ballroom. It’s a testament to years of broad community support that Abernethy Center has grown into the venue it is today. We’ve been honored to host thousands of weddings, each celebrating a couple’s unique love story. It’s pretty amazing and not something we take for granted! We’re celebrating with a grateful look back and promo for new couples looking to get married in 2023 or 2024.

Abernethy Wedding Venues
Today, Abernethy Center has three beautiful venue combinations with distinctive indoor and outdoor options and extensive in-house amenities, including catering, to simplify the wedding planning process. You can learn more about each venue and what’s included by following the links below.
Abigail’s Garden
A fully outdoor ceremony and reception venue featuring our famous willow tree and big white reception tent. Learn more

Outdoor ceremony site beneath majestic wooded hillsides, and indoor ballroom reception. Learn more
Abernethy Center offers venue tours by appointment Monday through Friday (weekend tours are unavailable due to events on the property). An Event Specialist will show you the venue, offer a personalized quote, discuss available dates, and send you home with a complimentary bottle of champagne or sparkling cider to celebrate your engagement.

We’re launching the annual End-Of-Year Special early to celebrate our milestone 21st birthday. Starting today and running through December 31st, 2022, new bookings get 30% off all 2023 venue rentals and 15% off all 2024 venue rentals.

Sara O'Brien has been with Abernethy Center since 2017. She brings playful optimism and bottomless love of wedding celebrations to her role as Social Media Manager. Sara is a PNW native and nature lover who is passionate about spreading joy through honoring life's big [and little] moments.
