All china, glassware, and flatware are provided for your menu, beverage and bar selections.
EVENT STAFF
An Event Manager, Chefs, servers, and set-up/clean-up crews for Abernethy Center contracted details are included.
EVENT HOURS
7 hour timeframes include 2 pre-event hours and 5 event hours. Abigail's Garden is open until 10:30 PM. The Ballroom is open until 12:00 AM (midnight).
PARKING
Abernethy Center parking lots are provided for you and your guests, as well as ample street parking.
TABLES + CHAIRS
All service tables, guest tables, and in-house chairs are included in our packages.
REFRESHMENTS
Abernethy Center provides water and one non-alcoholic
stationed beverage for guests.
Selection Options: Iced Tea, Regular Lemonade, or Regular & Decaf Coffee
