Let’s Review what needs to be done on your wedding day

Your Abernethy team will set up all of the equipment for your ceremony and reception. However, there are still a lot of moving parts to account for, such as:

Setting up your ceremony and reception decorations. Someone has to be responsible for executing your decor vision on the wedding day. Think centerpieces, aisle decor, gift & guestbook table, seating chart, signs, favors, etc.

Managing your vendors.  Your vendors ensure the success of your wedding, but like any team, they need a strong lead. Who’s your florist going to call if they can’t find the venue? Who will keep the photographer on schedule so you make it to the reception on time?

Making last-minute decisions. No matter how meticulously you plan, things come up on the wedding day, and sometimes last-minute choices must be made. Say the ceremony runs late, or a distant relative unexpectedly asks to speak at the reception. Who’s going to make the tough calls to keep your wedding day on track?

This is where a wedding coordinator can be a lifesaver. What is a wedding coordinator?

Your coordinator is a full-time wedding pro who knows how to execute weddings seamlessly and communicate effectively. Their job is to take the weight off your shoulders by achieving the wedding vision flawlessly on your behalf. A coordinator will meticulously set up your ceremony and reception decor, lead the vendor team, help wrangle the wedding party, and keep everyone on schedule.

Wedding coordination starts long before the big day. We get to know your likes and dislikes through a detailed questionnaire, collaborate on ideas, and then meet in person (or virtually) to transform your wedding designs into reality. There are three levels of service depending on how much planning and design you want.

Day-of Service – $1350

Our day-of service coordination package is for the couple looking for help with day of executions and logistics with their booked vendors and planned décor. We will be there for you to make sure your wedding day is as stress-free as possible!

      • Decor Set Up and Clean Up
      • Up to 7 hours Day-of Coordination

Partial Service – $2550

Our partial service coordination package is for the couple looking for assistance and guidance throughout the process, but enjoys handling some of the details on their own. We offer vendor recommendations on top of your own vendor research and booking, and schedule phone/in-person meetings throughout the journey of planning to offer design suggestions and new ideas!

      • Assistance with Design
      • Timeline, Layout, and Seating Chart Organization
      • Up to 7 hours Day-of Coordination
      • Decor Set Up and Clean Up

Full Service – $3750

Our full-service coordination package is for the couple that desires assistance every step of the way, from vendor recommendations and management to budget planning, event design, and everything in-between! With full-service coordination, we schedule several phone/in person meetings to build a relationship and plan your wedding vision together! By the time your wedding has arrived, we will be best friends!

      • Up to 7 hours Day-of Coordination
