Wedding Wisdom – Power of Patience

The power of patience runs deep within everything we do! It’s not always easy to collect but it’s worth the work once it is gained. I know that in the face of wanting answers about how your 2020 wedding will go, it’s easy to let your patience wavier; but I can’t stress enough how important it is to hold onto it as best you can.

Right now, no one has all the answers regarding the outcome of all this but there is a few things I know for sure; at the end of your wedding day ( whenever that might be) you two are in this life together, surrounded by people that love and support you both ( no matter the group size), and that in the face of uncertainty, together you braved through it ( setting the tone for your marriage). How we respond to challenges as a couple can truly strengthen your relationship and build character that will make you proud to have worked through whatever dilemma you faced, or it can tear you down with blame and disconnectedness. Let this pandemic draw you closer together and build a bond that will see you through a lifetime of whatever challenges you may confront!

An excerpt of one of my favorite quotes, “Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success.” – Brian Adams
